Refer a client, and earn from everything they spend.
Your clients are asking you about AI, because you're the one they already trust. But it's a hard question to answer well, and sending them to the wrong outfit reflects back on you.
Introduce us and we take it from there. You earn 10% of everything that client pays us over their first two years, build work and monthly retainers alike. Agreed before we start, and paid when they pay.
One introduction, and we take it from there
Your terms are settled with us before anything starts, so you know what you're earning and how involved you'll be. After that, the work is ours to do and yours to watch.
Make the introduction
However suits you. A three-way email, a call with all of us on it, or a name and a nod in our direction. We'll pick it up from there and keep you posted as it moves.
We do the work
Your client gets the same path as anyone who comes to us directly. A scoped plan first, then a build at a fixed price, with one of the founders answerable for it the whole way through.
You get paid, for two years
10% of every invoice that client pays us, for two years from the first one. So when a build turns into a monthly retainer, you keep earning from the introduction you made.
Who tends to send us work
Anyone whose clients already trust their judgement, and who gets asked about AI because of it. You don't need to know anything technical, and you certainly don't need to sell for us. An introduction is enough.
Accountants and bookkeepers
You see the manual work up close, the rekeying and the scramble at month end. When a client wonders aloud whether AI could take some of that off them, you've got somewhere to send them.
IT support and managed services
Your clients ask you about AI because you're the technical person they trust. This sits alongside what you already do for them, and the build never lands on your team.
Consultants and fractional operators
You find the bottleneck. We build the thing that clears it, so your recommendation arrives with something real behind it.
Recruiters and talent partners
Clients ask you who can make AI work long before they ever hire for it. Send them to a team who'll build it with them, and stay the person who knew.
PR and comms firms
Your clients want AI in the story, and increasingly in the operation behind it. We build the substance under the announcement, and you keep the account.
Agencies and studios
When a client asks for something outside your lane, an introduction keeps them looked after and keeps the relationship yours.
Your client stays your client.
We work under your introduction, on terms we agree with you at the start. You choose how present to be, anywhere from cc'd on everything to thanked and paid.
The work reflects on you, so it ships to the same standard as everything else we do. Scoped honestly, then built at a fixed price by the two founders whose names are on it. And if AI isn't the right tool for what your client needs, we'll tell them that too.
It runs both ways as well. Our clients ask us for good accountants and comms people all the time, and that work goes to the partners who send work to us.
Ready when you are
Have someone in mind?
Tell Luke or Lorena who you're thinking of and we'll take it from there. Or start with a short call about how the fee and the handover work, with no need to have anyone lined up yet.
