We take a proper look at your real systems and data, run it through our own, and come back with the three to five jobs where AI would make the biggest difference to your business and bottom line. Of course, if you have specific plans in mind, we'll feature those prominently in the review.
At the end, we'll hand you a clear and prioritised plan, with a fixed price for the first build, and a start date in mind for when you're ready to kick things off.

From £2,495The main work we do for your business. Your first build is deliberately focused: a fixed-scope tool that ships on your own data, does a real job, and is yours to keep. From there, a larger system that ties several features together can run up to £20,000 or beyond. The scope sets the exact number up front, according to what you want built.
When a build includes tooling, it ends with a proper handover: the working tool, plain documentation, your credentials, and a short walkthrough. You own it and can run it yourself, or have anyone run it.

Your tools run in your own environment, on your own accounts and keys, so your data stays with you.
Our AI deployments take the least access the job needs, only to the systems and folders you choose, and there is a list of things they never touch. A human on your team, or ours, signs off anything that sends, pays or deletes data, or handles anything else that is business sensitive.
We never train an AI model on your data. You can see what has been done, and switch our AI tooling off whenever you want.

How do you know what will help us?

Do I own what you build?
Yes. Once the build is paid for, the tool is yours, along with your data and what it produces. We keep our own platform and general methods, and you get a licence to anything of ours your tool needs to run. You can run it yourself, keep us on to run it, or hand it to someone else.
Who does the work?
Our co-founders handle every client and scope personally, with specialists brought in as a build needs them. Between us, that is deep, hands-on experience with AI from two sides: building the systems, and putting them to work in real research and editorial flows. We scope it, build it, and answer for it.
How we price, in plain terms.
We price the human work as a fixed fee within the build pricing, set up front, so you know it before you commit.
AI usage runs at cost, on your own keys where you prefer, so what you pay for the AI in running it later is minimal and contained, and we never mark it up.
Build and run are priced separately, so at each stage you pay for the part you are using.
